Nitish Harsh Gupta is a seasoned real estate practitioner and commercial disputes resolution professional with over 9 years of experience in civil, commercial, and consumer litigation, personal laws as well as International Laws. He graduated with a degree in Pol. Sc. (H) from Ram Lal Anand College, University of Delhi, Delhi in 2012 and completed his LL.B. from Lloyd Law College, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh in 2016. He also got PG Diploma in International Trade and Business Law, Indian Society of International Law, New Delhi in 2019 and done LLM from Amity Institute of Advance Legal Studies, Amity University, Noida, Uttar Pradesh in 2020. He has been enrolled with the Bar Council of India since 2016.
Nitish regularly represents clients before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, Real Estate Regulatory Authorities (RERA), National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC), State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (SCDRC), District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (DCDRC), Commercial and Civil Courts in Delhi and NCR Region, and other Tribunals and Forums across India.
