Lalan Sinha, Partner at KNM & Partners, is a seasoned litigation and arbitration specialist with over 24 years of experience in handling complex and high-stakes disputes across Indian and international forums. An alumnus of Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi (Batch 1998–2001), Lalan has built a robust pan-India practice encompassing commercial litigation, arbitration, white-collar crime, and regulatory matters.
He regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), and the Competition Commission of India (CCI).
