Anmol passed the bar in the year 2018 and has since been part of Dispute Resolution teams at prestigious law firms. His expertise spans a diverse spectrum of industries, including construction, engineering, real estate, FMCG, hydro and infrastructure.
He possesses demonstrable experience in handling Commercial Litigations and Arbitration- Domestic & International (Institutional & Ad-Hoc). He has advised and represented clients in various sectors, including but not limited to Infrastructure, Real Estate, FMCG and Hydro. He has advised & acted in arbitration proceedings arising out of inter alia Infrastructure Contracts- Roads (EPC, BOT, DBFOT and HAM Model), Hydro, Concession Agreements, Shareholders Agreements, License Agreements. Further, he has also assisted in white-collar litigations and has secured favourable orders for his clients.
Anmol actively appears before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, Hon’ble High Courts across various states, Arbitral Tribunals, Quasi-Judicial Tribunals and is adept at claim identification, research, drafting pleadings, preparing witnesses, conducting cross examinations and addressing arguments.

Construction & Infrastructure
- Advised and acted for India’s leading Infrastructure and construction companies in several arbitration proceedings in relation to contracts for construction of highways under the PPP Models (EPC, BOT, DBFOT [Toll & Annuity basis] & HAM) and secured awards in favour of Clients.
- Advised and acted for India’s leading Infrastructure company in arbitration proceedings against a public sector undertaking in relation to a dispute pertaining to transportation of coal.
- Advised India’s leading Infrastructure and Construction company in a commercial dispute pertaining to supply of pipelines in Abu Dhabi and secured a favourable order.
- Advised and represented India’s leading hydroelectric company in an arbitration against a public sector undertaking.
- Advised India’s leading Infrastructure and Construction Companies on the effect and implications of Force Majeure (Covid-19) & Change in Law and was successful in securing extensions without levy of damages.
Real Estate
- Advised and represented India’s leading real estate conglomerates in various commercial litigations & arbitrations.
- Advised and acted for a leading real estate Company before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi by preferring an Application under Section 9 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 where the Hon’ble High Court was pleased to grant interim measures.
White Collar
- Advised and acted for a leading real estate company & its Promoters in a White-Collar Litigation before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and whilst doing so, secured a landmark judgment concerning the limits of investigative and enforcement powers under PMLA.
Commercial Litigation
- Advised and acted for a prominent entity in the sphere of medical care & management before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi by preferring an Application under Section 9 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 and secured interim relief.
- Advised and acted for a leading and prominent IT Services provider in the Country before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi by preferring a Writ Petition seeking setting aside of a blacklisting order issued against it by a government undertaking and was successful in having the blacklisting order set aside.
- Appointed as Local Commissioner by the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi in a dispute involving trademark infringement.
