Ashis Goel is an Associate Partner at KNM & Partners, Law Offices, with over 12 years of experience in corporate and commercial laws. - Advised a leading Japanese company on its proposed joint venture in India for design, development, prototyping, testing and validation, manufacturing, sale, and distribution of automotive seating systems, and drafted, reviewed, and negotiated the joint venture agreement.
- Advising, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating definitive agreements for the purchase of shares by an existing shareholder of a company engaged in audiovisual products from other shareholders.
- Advising, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating definitive agreements for the purchase of shares by a joint venture partner of a company engaged in the automotive sector from the other joint venture partner.
- Advising, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating definitive agreements for the purchase of 100% shares of a company engaged in IT services and IT consulting in visual products from existing shareholders.
