In the real estate space, he has advised developers, funds, and institutional investors on land acquisitions, joint development arrangements, leasing transactions, and residential and mixed-use developments. His work includes structuring land and development transactions, advising on land use and zoning regulations, and preparing transaction documentation for acquisitions, leasing and financing. He also advises on real estate financing, including mortgage structuring, security creation, and enforcement of security interests under applicable laws, including SARFAESI and the insolvency framework.

His banking and finance practice covers advising banks, NBFCs, debt funds, and borrowers on lending transactions, including project and acquisition finance, as well as debt restructuring. He has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating facility agreements, inter-creditor arrangements, escrow structures, security documents, and settlement documentation.

In his insolvency and bankruptcy practice, Sidhant advises financial creditors, asset reconstruction companies, investors, and corporate stakeholders on resolution strategies, restructuring of distressed assets, and implementation of resolution plans under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. His work includes advising on CIRP processes, inter-creditor arrangements, enforcement strategies, acquisition of stressed assets, and structuring transactions in insolvency and pre-insolvency scenarios.

On the corporate side, Sidhant advises startups, growth-stage businesses, and multinational companies on structuring, shareholder arrangements, joint ventures, private equity investments, and mergers and acquisitions. His work includes regulatory advisory under company law, FEMA and SEBI, corporate due diligence, risk assessment, and drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts, including services, employment, licensing, and franchise arrangements.
