Manoranjan Sharma is a highly experienced dispute resolution and real estate practitioner with over two decades of standing at the Bar. His practice spans civil, commercial, consumer, and insolvency litigation, as well as domestic arbitration, with a particular emphasis on high-value real estate and infrastructure disputes. He graduated in Science from Saraswati Degree College, Hathras, Uttar Pradesh in 2002 and earned his LL.B. from B.S.A. Degree College, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh in 2005. He has been enrolled as an Advocate since 2006

Manoranjan regularly represents clients before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC), Real Estate Regulatory Authorities (RERA), and other forums across India. His practice encompasses a wide array of litigation mandates including complex contractual, shareholder, insolvency, consumer, and constitutional disputes.

Manoranjan has substantial experience in advising major real estate developers, construction companies, financial institutions, and corporates on contentious issues arising from large-scale projects and commercial arrangements. His representations include disputes relating to project development agreements, EPC contracts, concession agreements, shareholder arrangements, financing structures, and other sophisticated commercial contracts.

In addition to his disputes practice, he advises clients on regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and litigation strategy under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. He is regarded for his strategic approach, deep sectoral understanding, and effective advocacy in complex and high-stakes matters.
