Aishwary Jain is a Senior Associate at KNM & Partners with over six years of experience, primarily focusing on Civil and Criminal matters, along with Real Estate Litigation. He started his practice with a Special Public Prosecutor for CBI. Since then, he regularly represents clients before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, Special CBI Courts, other Courts and forums.

He has extensive experience in conducting title searches and legal due diligence for complicated, large-scale land acquisitions, as well as advising on zoning regulations and development approvals across multiple states.
